The two overriding methods of CNC machining are milling and turning. With the use of the right method and selection of appropriate tools, it is possible to produce metal parts, as well as plastic parts, with different parameters and specifications.

The most commonly processed metals and plastics include carbon steel, structural steel, heat-treatable steel, special steels such as Vanadis (stainless steel), acid-resistant steel, non-ferrous metals: bronze, copper, brass, aluminum alloys, from plastic we distinguish: POM, PEEK, PTFE, PA, PE.

The CNC turning process allows to obtain rotating elements, including bolts, nuts, shafts or sleeves and pins. On the other hand, milling machine tools are used to produce parts with small dimensions.

Thanks to the use of modern technology and work on computerized machines, CNC machining of metals and plastics has become faster and more efficient, and the margin of error has been reduced to a minimum. Which is crucial when it comes to precision parts and serial processing.
